Plans include 30 to 90 days of free storage per item, with affordable extensions available. Basic Stash offers 30 days, Island Pro offers 60 days, and Elite Stash offers 90 days of free storage per item. After that period, additional storage is charged at competitive rates based on your plan level.
Yes, all plans offer insurance from $100 to $1,000 per item, keeping your goods secure while stored. Basic Stash includes insurance up to $100 per item, Island Pro covers up to $500 per item, and Elite Stash provides coverage up to $1,000 per item. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 security monitoring, climate control, and fire protection systems.
Our platform lets you track and organize your items effortlessly, from any device, with a tropical touch. You can view photos of your items, request returns, and manage your inventory all from your dashboard. We provide a detailed inventory of your stored items with photos for easy reference.
You can store most non-perishable items including clothing, electronics, collectibles, documents, and household goods. For safety and legal reasons, we cannot store hazardous materials, perishables, illegal items, or extremely valuable items that require specialized storage.
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for a free account, choose your plan, and you'll receive a unique U.S. shipping address. Use this address when shopping at any U.S. retailer, and we'll receive your packages on your behalf. Once your items arrive, you can consolidate them and ship to Puerto Rico whenever you're ready.
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs: Next-Day Air for urgent deliveries, 2-3 Day Priority for faster service, and Standard Ground (5-7 days) for the most economical option. All shipments include tracking and our competitive rates are often 40-75% less than traditional carriers.

We can handle returns for you! If you need to return an item to a U.S. retailer, just let us know through your dashboard. We'll process the return according to the retailer's policy. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the retailer's terms.
